What You Need to Know About P11Ds Form
P11D is a crucial HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) form that employers in the UK must submit each year to report taxable expenses and benefits provided to their employees that were not payrolled.

Deadline for Filing
The deadline for submitting the P11D form to HMRC is 6 July following the end of the tax year. For example, the deadline for submission of the P11Ds form for the tax year 2021/22 is 6 July 2022.
Employers are required to submit a P11D(b) form, which provides a summary of the Class 1A National Insurance contributions due on the taxable benefits. Penalty of £100 per 50 employees for each or part month will be charged on late submission.
