Registration in HMRC
We will submit the online form to HMRC once information is received from you. It usually takes 15 working days to receive an employer PAYE reference number. We will communicate with HMRC in case of any delays.
Receipt of PAYE Reference Number
PAYE reference number comes by post in the address mentioned in the online form to HMRC. If our office address is given, we will notify you with the reference number.
Authorisation Code
We will apply for the authorisation code once PAYE reference number is received. The authorisation code will enable us to do the payroll filing and act on your behalf.
Payroll Management
We will prepare the payroll details on our software and send you the payroll details for approval before filing. Once approved we will file the payroll details to HMRC. This will enable us to mitigate the risk of incorrect filing, if any.
